After finishing University and taking part in the graduate programme at Coca-Cola, Rebecca typically fell into recruitment. In 2006, con- vinced there could be a better, more personal way to recruit for businesses across the UK, Re- becca set up Refuel Talent. 25 years of recruit- ment provides Rebecca with a wealth of experi- ence spanning many sectors, but laterally has focused on the petroleum/downstream busi- nesses: Lubricants, Fuels, Petrochemicals and more recently Renewables.
