After finishing University and taking part in the graduate programme at Coca-Cola, Rebecca typically fell into recruitment. In 2006, con- vinced there could be a better, more personal way to recruit for businesses across the UK, Re- becca set up Refuel Talent. 25 years of recruit- ment provides Rebecca with a wealth of experi- ence spanning many sectors, but laterally has focused on the petroleum/downstream busi- nesses: Lubricants, Fuels, Petrochemicals and more recently Renewables. Rebecca is brilliantly placed to understand your business and your recruitment needs.

Ellie has been with Refuel Talent since 2015 and specialises in Retail Management roles and is the calm head in Refuel’s busy sales environment. Her passion for fast moving retail makes her one of the best retail recruiters in the sector and works with our largest retail clients, covering the whole country. Ellie works on our most specialist roles within the convenience retail sector. Covering Sales, Convenience Retail, Franchise, Strategic and Project Management roles. Cultivating the most extensive network within the industry.

Hannah spent 14 years within publishing, design, marketing, communications and event management, Hannah heads up our Marketing and Communication roles. Having joined Refuel 7 years ago, she not only consults on these roles but also provides essential resourcing support

Michelle specialises in Sales and Administration and joined us after a successful career in technical sales. Her technical knowledge gives her a great understanding of our specialised roles. Michelle loves working with both clients and candidates, and has built up an impressive network of top talent to help you refuel your team.

Ted has been with the Refuel Team for nearly 10 years, and is our Head of Security. He is also in charge of wellbeing for the Refuel Team, a role he takes very seriously.
